The hotel is an incredible base for a christmas in Scarborough. It has magnificent, perfect setting, just off the sea as well as the park.

The breakfast is rich, rooms are authentic and the staff is comprehensive. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. The hotel's location is FAB. It's close to North Riding Brew Pub with nice drinks and cocktails. Appreciated easy check-in and late check-out.

exceptional staff and location, it was reasonably clean here. unusual bathroom, amazing bed, fine bedroom. we loved the terrace bar. pool was lovely and there was a pretty good restaurant on site.
